Jeremy Gutsche, the founder of TrendHunter.com has won the coveted Cisco Innovation Excellence Award for Canada. His site has been able to find new ideas in various places and have helped many an innovation see the light of the day. The website, a major innovation in itself, gets viewed over 40 million times every day and has an impressive list of clientele, including Microsoft, Google and Pepsico.

The website, TrendHunter.com, has been instrumental in bringing many an innovation on the internet too: the pregnancy-photos-gone-wrong site was backed by TrendHunter and so was AwkwardFamilyPhotos.com. A number of contributors give innovative ideas to the site, and the site used the ideas and insights of the users to find ways in which businesses can use innovative techniques to their benefit.
